Abu Dhabi Ports Logistics Park
To further Khalifa Industrial Zone Abu Dhabi’s (KIZAD) vision in creating small end users’ demands for ready, minor leasable industrial space, AMANA was appointed to design and build their KLP expansion project within 14 months. Expanding over a total area of 44,550m2 to create an additional 78 units of various sizes, each unit contains a kitchenette, toilet, and mezzanine floor to serve as potential office space for their respective tenants.
Distributed among four large warehouse buildings the 78 units consist of 4 types. One type containing an electric provision to be converted to a cold store. Additionally, the project’s other components support services and utilities to cater to all the units, including four Service Blocks, Interlock paved Access Roads and Pathways, Light, Vehicle Car Park shades, and Boundary Wall. The project was designed to meet Estidama Pearl 2 sustainability requirements.
