AMANA Contracting marked a major milestone as it has delivered its first-ever vertical farm in the region, which will boost long-term food security and self-sufficiency in the UAE. The facility in Dubai South was constructed in collaboration with Crop One Holdings and Emirates Flight Catering. It spans 330,000 square feet as the World’s Largest Vertical Farm.

AMANA was awarded the Build of the Standard Carpets factory, for manufacturing of yarn for carpets.
The project is to be constructed on 2 plots (Plot 5 & 6) with total plot area of 45,000m² will be developed for this phase. The state-of-the-art facility will allow Standard Carpets to increase production capacity by 40% and produce an additional 400 tons of yarn per month with this phase of the development.

AMANA was appointed the development of an integrated oil field services base for Schlumberger in ICAD 2 industrial area, Abu Dhabi, UAE with a built up area of 23,250m² which caters to onshore rigs in UAE.

AeroFarms AGX LTD Intended to retrofit and repurpose an existing warehouse unit into the world’s largest Research and Development facility for vertical farming, which aims to advance sustainable and to bring cutting-edge research to the capital to improve food security and innovation in agriculture.

Jotun’s New MEIA Regional Office and Research & Development Laboratory project, located in Dubai Science
Park. The project area is spread across 21,980m2 and will host a number of rooms for staff and operations.

Modon Properties commissioned AMANA to construct a new Fish Market at Fisherman’s Wharf, Mina Zayed, Abu Dhabi. This project formed the first phase of a multi-phase redevelopment at that location, to include the subsequent demolition of the existing Fish Market and other buildings, the construction of a new bazaar, residential premises and provision of associated neighbourhood highway, services and marine infrastructure.

DuPod was awarded by the main contractor, Saudi AMANA Contracting, a contract to design, manufacture, and supply Bathroom Pods for The Coastal Village Studio Buildings.

AMANA Contracting was appointed the design and build of a state-of-the-art, 19,000-sqm Class A warehouse facility for Seven Seas Logistics, serving six independently operating warehouses in Dubai Investment Park. Through our skillful design, we managed to drive down construction costs and utility bills with the installation of 60 GRP skylights, equivalent to 640m² of natural lighting. The AMANA team worked safely and diligently to ensure the project was completed on schedule.

As part of the impressive The Red Sea Project, DuPod was awarded as the sub-contractor in charge of producing modular bathroom pods for a residential building. DuPod designed, manufactured and installed 368 bathroom pods for the Coastal Village’s residential buildings. The Pods had an area of 6m² and the entire project was completed in 3 months.
