Sustainable Construction
We are the leaders in constructing LEED-certified industrial and logistic facilities in the region. In addition, we have been members of the US Green Buildings Council (USGBC) since 2010. We also lead the regional industry in Thermal Energy Storage (TES) systems that provide energy savings when integrated with district cooling networks.
Green Buildings
We specialise in cost-effective, sustainable solutions to reduce our clients’ ecological footprint of built environments. We provide expertise across LEED, Estidama, Sa’fat, air and environment, and renewable energy. We work with our clients from pre-design stages to completion to deliver the best sustainable solutions.
Environmental Projects
We prepare and deliver environmental assessments and surveys to support our clients’ projects. These include Environmental Impact Assessments (EIA), Preliminary Environment Review (PER), Construction Environmental Management Plans (CEMP), Natural Systems Assessments for Estidama and Erosion and Sedimentation Control Plans for LEED (ESCP).
