AMANA was appointed as the construction arm of du’s first leasable IT space Data Center. Spread across 7,930 square meters, the Data Center is Uptime Institute [UTI-III] certified and developed to enable optimum power efficiency to provide agile, resilient, secure and scalable solutions to enable UAE’s digital transformation & ecosystem.

The project has the following technical details:
• Ultimate IT load of 3.0 MW
• Day-1: 1.0 MW IT Load
• Day-2: 2.0 MW IT Load
• 192 Racks at 5.0 kW/rack average power density
• Tier Certification Constructed Facility (TCCF)

The building was constructed using a pre-cast concrete system that offers resilience and high-security.
