Coca Cola Bottling Warehouse
Developed to relocate Coca-Cola’s operations in Riyadh to Sudair MODON, this state-of-the-art beverage manufacturing facility includes 68,016 m² of processing and bottling areas, an administration building, chiller plant, substation rooms, and a recycling area. Group AMANA delivered the Design & Build of the foundations, steel structure, and cladding, while the electro-mechanical works were executed in-house under a build-only scope.
