Built for Arcapita in Jebel Ali Free Zone (JAFZA), Dubai, this 42,262 m² warehousing and storage facility was delivered under a Design & Build scope and will be operated by DSV. The facility includes pharmaceutical and dangerous goods storage designed to meet stringent hygiene, quality, and regulatory standards. Modular construction and precast elements were used to accelerate delivery and improve construction efficiency.

Bringing modular innovation to Dubai Creek, DuPod delivered 1,619 bathroom and utility pods across 8,916 m² for Emaar. Executed under a Design & Build scope, the project was completed in 2021, showcasing efficient off-site manufacturing and high-quality delivery.

Fuel Hydrant System packages for the expansion of Concourse D & E and the Western Taxiway Development, including two 24-inch cross-field pipelines, an 850 m micro-tunneling drive beneath an active runway, and a live tie-in to the existing fuel hydrant network with ESD and LDS systems.

A large-scale aviation fueling infrastructure project for the South Airfield Development and Midfield Terminal, including the Design & Build of a new Fuel Hydrant System with tie-ins to the ADNOC Fuel Farm. The works comprised engineering, construction, installation, and testing of approximately 26 km of 36-inch fuel hydrant pipelines, hydrant pits, valves, control systems, and upgrades to the North Fuel Depot.

The project was in-line with Majid Al Futtaim’s environmental commitment to achieve 5% of its total energy consumption from renewables by 2018. Group AMANA supplied the steel, foundations, and complete civil works. The 495 Polly-crystaline Solar Modules were installed to generate 4.8 million kWh of energy thoughout its lifetime. This is equivallent to saving 7,869 barrels of oil.

Redefining modular delivery for luxury hospitality, DuPod manufactured and installed 275 bathroom and utility pods across 3,375 m² for a Red Sea Global development on Shura Island, KSA. Delivered using a DfMA approach, the project achieved accelerated construction while maintaining exceptional quality and sustainability, with completion in 320 days.

DuPod designed and manufactured 364 bathroom and utility pods across 5,520 m² using a Design for Manufacture and Assembly (DfMA) modular approach, enabling accelerated delivery, consistent quality, and sustainable construction. The project was completed within 370 days.

A landmark hospitality development within the Red Sea destination, delivered by DuBox using advanced off-site volumetric construction. The project comprises five G+2 accommodation buildings with 144 guest rooms, a main building housing the lobby, reception, dining, kitchen, and conference facilities, together with utility buildings, external infrastructure, landscaping, a swimming pool, and parking.
