Shaping the future workplace within the NEOM Community, this full Design & Build project comprises four G+1 office buildings that combine modern workspaces with functional design. Featuring closed offices, open-plan layouts, and integrated courtyards, the development was delivered through a seamless end-to-end approach from design and manufacturing to construction, commissioning, and handover.
