A landmark modular residential development delivered by DuBox for Red Sea Global within the AMAALA destination. Completed in 2025, the project comprises 27 buildings with 1,404 apartments, delivered through 1,566 modular units across approximately 81,000 m² using advanced off-site construction techniques.
