Group AMANA delivered the AKI Logistics Facility in Dubai Industrial City, a 45,000 sqm integrated warehousing and operations hub developed for AKI (Al Khayyat Investments). The facility consolidates AKI’s diverse FMCG and healthcare operations into a single state-of-the-art logistics destination, featuring a 32,000 sqm warehouse, office and operations facilities, an ammonia chiller plant, and supporting infrastructure.
