A Sector First: MEDLOG Cold Store at KAP Achieves BREEAM Design Stage Certification

A landmark moment for Group AMANA and MEDLOG.
We’re proud to share that MEDLOG Cold Store at KAP has achieved BREEAM Design Stage certification. It’s the only cold store and mixed-use development in Saudi Arabia to be BREEAM certified, and one of just two BREEAM-certified projects in the Kingdom to date, marking a new benchmark for sustainable industrial development in KSA.

This achievement reflects MEDLOG’s strong commitment to its global sustainability policy, and AMANA’s ability to deliver projects that meet internationally recognized environmental standards, from design through site implementation. It reflects Group AMANA’s ongoing commitment to Delivering Certainty, turning ambitious commitments into certified, independently verified outcomes for our clients.

Congratulations to the Mustadam team, especially Waqar Ahmad and Mohamad Abu Shariah, and to Ashvanthraj, the project’s Independent BREEAM Assessor and the first qualified BREEAM Assessor in Saudi Arabia.
